🕒 Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

✅ Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in original packaging.

  • Final sale items—including samples, accessories, and clearance products—are not returnable.

🚚 Return Shipping & Fees

  • If the return is due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

  • If the return is due to a quality issue or shipping error, BUYSTICKTILES will cover the return shipping cost.

🔁 Order Changes & Cancellations

  • Order Modifications: You may request changes within 24 hours of placing your order. Beyond that, standard return policy applies.

  • Cancellations:

    • If your order has not shipped, you are eligible for a full refund.

    • If your order has shipped, cancellation will be treated as a return and a 15% restocking fee will apply.

📦 How to Return an Item

  1. Contact us at service@buysticktiles.com with your order details and reason for return. For quality issues, please include photos.

  2. Wait for our return instructions and return address.

  3. Once you receive the return label (if applicable), please ship the item within 7 business days.

  4. Returned items must be in unused condition and properly packed. Items damaged in return transit will not be refunded.

  5. After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund within 30 days back to your original payment method.

⚠️ Important Notes

  • Returns for non-quality reasons (e.g., dissatisfaction with style, color, or pattern) must meet all eligibility requirements and will incur return shipping and restocking fees.

  • Sample-based bulk orders may only be returned if the final product differs from the approved sample or arrives damaged.

  • BUYSTICKTILES is not responsible for damage due to improper installation.

  • Returns sent to unauthorized addresses will not be refunded.
